Exhibit Space and Specifications
Booth Size: 10' x 10'
Included with the booth space is pipe and drape, an ID sign, 24-hour security, listing in the Conference Program,
complimentary admission to educational sessions of the Annual
Convention (no meals) for two representatives from each booth, and a
PRE- & POST-convention roster of registrants. (no emails)
Please Note:
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. In order to maintain a professional environment, AACC does require
that all exhibitors carpet their booth. Tables, chairs and other furniture are not included. Furniture and carpet
can be either supplied by the exhibitor or ordered from the service
contractor. All exhibitors must follow IAEM Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations.
Booth Assignments
Corporate Program Participants of AACC receive priority consideration in the booth
assignment process. Booth assignments are then made based on priority points. Participants earn one point for each
booth space rented per year, since 1990. After two consecutive years of
non-participation, all priority points are lost.
Booth space will be assigned first in the
order of priority status, then in the order of the date the
application and payment are received.
Applicants may request ten choices for exhibit placement (see floor plan). AACC will
attempt to honor choices in order of preference, however, final
decisions regarding assignment are the sole responsibility of AACC.
Applicants desiring adjacent booths must submit their applications together, along with a note of explanation.
Priority points for such requests will be average of the points for
all. Booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Initial booth assignments were made during the 2006
Annual Convention in Long Beach.
Only firms and organizations whose services or products are
appropriately related to the purpose of AACC will be permitted to
exhibit. AACC reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit
that, in its judgment, is inappropriate. This reservation is all-inclusive as to persons, things, printed matter, products and
conduct.
Confirmation packets are online!
Upon acceptance of the Application/Contract, the official contact person named on
the Application/Contract will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how
to access online services. All demographic and product/service information is the responsibility of the exhibitor's designated contact, and is
to be provided and edited online. Also available online is information about hotels, optional events, service contractor, etc.
The Official Contact is responsible for providing on-site representatives with time schedules
and other pertinent information.
