InReach Conference Solutions™ is our web-based event management software solution which provides unique and intuitive ways for managing your event.

Event data is stored in a central database, so updates are reflected throughout the system—no more headaches juggling multiple versions of spreadsheets that have been updated by many people. And you’ll never need to make manual updates in several locations. Because InReach Event Management Software is Web-based, there’s no software for you to install or maintain, and you have convenient Internet access 24/7.

Monitor conference details. Get a high-level overview of all essential conference details such as facilities, conference program, schedules, room assignments, suppliers, speakers, tasks, and resources.

Manage people. Monitor and update information about speakers, staff, and other show participants.

Manage speakers. Track all relevant data about speakers, including fees, bios, sessions, audio/video needs, and other special requirements.

Manage and track sessions. Create, schedule, and manage all sessions, including plenary, breakout, hospitality, social, and elective events. Track continuing education credits.

Customize surveys and evaluations. Create custom surveys and evaluations for different types of audiences; collect feedback from attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and other audiences. Enable attendees to rank individual sessions.
